Doxypal DR-L Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Doxycycline and Lactobacillus. Doxycycline is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by the bacteria to carry out vital functions. Lactobacillus is a live microorganism which restores the balance of good bacteria in the intestine that may get upset with antibiotic use or due to intestinal infections.

Doxypal DR-L Capsule is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Doxypal DR-L Capsule is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Doxypal DR-L Capsule may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Visual disturbances such as blurring of vision may occur during treatment with doxycycline.
There is limited information available on the use of Doxypal DR-L Capsule in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.
Doxypal DR-L Capsule should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Doxypal DR-L Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
