Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

("DawaiWala") is committed to ensuring the accurate processing of medicines and products as per the order and prescription, with the aim of delivering them in pristine condition to our customers. We advise our customers to thoroughly inspect their items upon delivery to ensure satisfaction with their order.

RETURN POLICY

At Dawaiwala, we strive to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you encounter any of the following issues with your order, please notify Dawaiwala User Support immediately within 7 days of receiving the products for prompt resolution:

  • Incomplete order,
  • Expired product,
  • Damaged product,
  • Incorrect product

Please note that Dawaiwala will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 7 days of receipt.

It is important to note that certain products may be classified as non-refundable. It is the user's responsibility to check whether a product falls under the returnable or non-returnable category before placing an order.

Return Process
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at 788-000-3838 or via email, providing your order number and any other required details.
  • Our dedicated team will verify your return request within 72 business hours.
  • Once verified, our team will arrange for the collection of the product(s) to be returned.
  • Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packed in its original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product(s).

REFUND POLICY

At DawaiWala, we strive to satisfy our customers to the best of our abilities. However, in certain cases, we may charge a re-stocking fee without prior notice. After deducting the re-stocking fee, the refund will be generated to the customer.

It is important to note that we may only accept return requests for products that are in original, unused condition, have not been damaged or mistreated, show no signs of use, scratches, wear or tear, and are in a condition suitable for resale as new.

Mode of Refund
  • Credit/Debit Card: If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account.
  • DawaiWala Wallet: If the mode of payment is DawaiWala Wallet, credit should be available within 2-3 working days.
  • COD: For Cash on Delivery orders, users are required to send us an email at [email protected] or call us at 788-000-3838 to initiate the refund process. Subsequently, the user will receive a refund to their wallet or bank account. Users will be required to provide their bank details for the refund.
How to Request a Refund

Simply email us your order details along with the reason for the cancellation to initiate the refund process.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Users have the option to cancel their orders until the shipment of the order is created. If a user wishes to cancel their order before shipment, they can do so by logging into their account and navigating to the "My Orders" section. From there, they can cancel the order directly.

In the event that the shipment has already been created, but the user still wishes to cancel the order, they must contact us via email at [email protected] or by calling us at 788-000-3838. Our customer support team will assist in processing the cancellation request.

It is important to note that once the shipment has been created, the cancellation process may vary, and users are encouraged to reach out to us promptly to facilitate the cancellation process. We strive to accommodate our customers' requests to the best of our abilities while ensuring a seamless experience.
